How much is a picture worth? According to this really cool website a thousand and one words.
That just happen to be the name of the site I am currently addicted to. The principle is easy. Think digg for pictures.
The readers submit their pictures and get to tag them into categories. These categories are then displayed in a tag cloud (more frequently used tags are depicted in a larger font but still displayed inalphabetical order).
There is also a random picture feature and the readers get to vote on the submitted photos.
Our aim is to form a collection of the most amazing photographs ever captured. From the most tragic, the most memorable to the most spectacular moments in human history, we hope you can relive and appreciate the history of our world. Also, if you have any photographs that you feel are worth a thousand and one words, please submit it to us!
